Key purpose of the Job
The role holder will support the Plant Facility Engineering pillar head and other Engineering functional stakeholders by providing performance analytics to support business decision-making and assisting in the implementation of Plant Facility engineering functional requirements, such as planning and executing Special Projects, Handling AMCs and providing additional facility related support. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the OHS guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing Facility Engineering initiatives across the Plant with a focus on oversight.
- Managing special projects through effective project management strategies.
- Constantly monitoring and enforcing plant-level practices to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of crucial machinery and equipment in apparel facilities, including HVAC systems, generators, boilers, compressors, and other essential components.
- Monitoring and overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to minimize facility downtime.
