Key purpose of the Job
The Manager – Human Resources & Administration oversees employee relations and personnel management across the SBU, drives and implements the Works HR strategy across geographies, ensures statutory compliance, manages engagement with labor and government authorities, and adheres to organizational Health & Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the SBU Works HR strategy aligned with business and Group plans.

Ensure effective and consistent HR implementation across all factories.

Oversee statutory compliance and rollout of Group HR initiatives.

Drive employee engagement, welfare, retention, and grievance management.

Manage Works HR operations and teams, including manpower planning and payroll coordination.
