Key purpose of the Job
The Intern - Product Development is responsible for executing the sample development process, including costing and sampling, for the assigned styles. This includes ensuring the timely submission of costings, samples, and T&A plans to maximize profitability while closely coordinating with cross-functional internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with teams to develop full costings per customer/category and PLM.
- Assist in planning garment sample development based on tech packs, RM ordering, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for costing, sampling, and RM ordering.
- Collaborate with teams and customers for approvals, documentation, and handover to Bulk.
- Maintain effective and timely communication with customers to secure business.
Education
Undergraduate in Fashion Designing/ Clothing Technology/ Business Administration or Marketing
Experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A good team player with excellent communication skills
