Key purpose of the Job
Senior Executive – Finance is reporting to the CFO of the Key Account Group, and responsible for delivering financial KPIs, ensuring strong controls and asset safeguarding, maintaining accurate financial statements, and providing financial insights to support business decisions across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize location overheads for monthly/annual financials; monitor front-end overheads.
- Prepare budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts; ensure expenses stay within budget.
- Ensure approved, timely payments, including front-end related payments.
- Coordinate OH/CAPEX budgeting with Corporate and monitor accurate monthly charge-outs.
- Monitor and report cost of failures and involve in management reporting and analysis.
Education
Bachelor's Degree/ Professional qualification in finance
Experience
Minimum of 2 years work experience in Finance in the manufacturing industry
Sound knowledge Accounting Standards and practices
Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and IT skills including Excel will be vital
