Key purpose of the Job
As the Senior Merchandiser –Bulk , you will report to the Merchandising Manager. Your responsibilities include ensuring that garments are produced and delivered on time in accordance with approved designs and quality standards for the buyer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the timely execution of orders to support meeting predefined delivery targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing Time and Action (T&A) schedules, contributing to effective customer coordination.
- Recording and distributing weekly updates while collaborating with the planning team to help meet committed delivery deadlines.
- Maintaining updated status reports on all orders and working towards achieving a 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate.
- Assist in gaining expertise in related processes and systems, developing foundational knowledge for process efficiency.
Education
Graduate in Business Management / Marketing or any other relevant field.
Experience
Around 2-3 years of experience in handling bulk merchandise operations in the apparel industry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
