Key purpose of the Job

Responsible for overseeing bulk-feasible and cost-effective new wash/dye developments, including speed development programs, seasonal wash developments, sample T&A, cost achievement, customer approvals, shade range development, and bulk handover. Drives operational responsibilities, including production targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and bulk chemical procurement processes, while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and organizational protocols.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and deployment of the Washing Product Development and Operational objectives​

• Drive the Washing Product Development processes, including speed programs / seasonal developments, technical risk assessments, sample development, bulk handover, etc.​

• Lead achievement of the Operational KPIs for Bulk, including production volumes, quality, continuous improvement, etc.​

• Collaborate with the internal and external stake holders for achievement of the functional deliverables​
