Key purpose of the Job

The Executive Human Resources oversees and coordinates Group and Plant HR operations across all Sri Lanka plants, ensuring effective execution of HR processes and achievement of HR KPIs. The role involves close collaboration with Group and Plant HR teams to implement regional initiatives and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and drive achievement of HR KPIs, systems and processes across the Plants ​

  • Responsible to the execution of Regional Non-Executive HR Strategy  ​

  • Oversee administration of employee engagement activities and surveys  ​

  • Execution of Regional HR Projects ​

  • Oversee the IDEA strategy execution across the Region 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management

Experience

2 to 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
