Key purpose of the Job

The Intern - Engineering will support the Group Engineering Head, Group Engineering pillar heads, and other Engineering functional stakeholders by providing performance analytics to assist in business decision-making and by supporting the implementation of group Engineering functional requirements such as the planning and execution of special projects, sustainability initiatives, and R&D. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the duties and responsibilities related to the organization's Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in managing sustainability initiatives across the Group.
2. Supporting the implementation of projects to optimize resource utilization in the Group, including energy and water.
3. Assisting with research and development projects aimed at improving apparel manufacturing processes.
4. Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of apparel production machines and equipment, such as HVAC systems, generators, boilers, and compressors.
