Key purpose of the Job
Senior Executive – Learning and Development Projects Support the Head of Apparel Technology and Business Excellence in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives aligned with the Brandix Group’s strategic objectives, while driving the development of leadership, technical, and behavioral capabilities through innovative programs that ensure high-quality outcomes and practical application of skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Apparel Technology and Business Excellence in developing and executing learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership, technical, and behavioral development programs using innovative learning methodologies
- Facilitate workshops, assessment centers, and training sessions while ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and facilitators to ensure effective program execution and continuous improvement
- Oversee operational and administrative aspects of learning initiatives, including program logistics, resource management, performance evaluation, and compliance with organizational standards
