Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive - Learning & Development is responsible for planning and executing training programs, supporting training needs analysis and evaluation, overseeing performance and talent management processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in developing the annual / monthly training calendar and program list within the budget.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders for conducting training programs for the executives, as per schedule.
  • Execute T & D functional initiatives driven by Group HR team including coaching, mentoring, leadership program initiatives.

Education

Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management

Experience

4 to 6+ years of experience in Human Resources
