Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Executive- Plant Facility Engineer is responsible for executing facility maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring the smooth operation of plant utilities and facilities such as boilers, electrical systems, water, generators, compressors, and fire systems, while also supporting corporate facility teams on new projects and ensuring full compliance with organizational health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and execution of maintenance activities for smooth running of plant utilities / facilities
- Liaise with external authorities for ensuring seamless facility services, adherence to EHS and statutory compliance requirements
- Support Group / Centre facility maintenance team for implementation of new plant facility projects
- Be responsible for functional MIS and reporting, as per guidelines
- Supervise the team of facility maintenance staff and associates
