Key purpose of the Job

The Customer Fabric Technology Lead leads the Fabric Technology function for the concerned customer business unit (CBU) and drives achievement of the CBU Fabric Technology deliverables - Development & Bulk. Includes mill evaluations, technical risk assessments, supply, trouble shooting, profitability, SRM and process compliance. Leads the Fabric Technology team.Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Plan and deploy the CBU Fabric Technology strategies and deliverables, including RM development lead times, risk assessments, inspection processes, supply, profitability, SRM, customer satisfaction, etc.
2.    Drive fabric technology development processes for customer accounts across the CBU, for achievement of the RM development lead time and quality objectives
3.    Lead achievement of the bulk deliverables for the CBU, including rigor of bulk risk assessment processes, OTD / OTIF, profitability, inspection process adherence, etc.
4.    Drive synergies with functional teams, suppliers and customers for driving the CBU fabric technology deliverables 
5.    Lead the CBU Fabric Technology team
