Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Manager – Finance provides strategic and operational leadership for the Finance and Administration functions of Brandix Corporate Campus (BCC), ensuring financial sustainability, sound governance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effective business performance management. The role is responsible for maintaining strong financial control, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, risk management, treasury oversight, and supporting informed decision-making. The Senior Manager – Finance will partner with the leadership team and key stakeholders to drive institutional growth, strengthen operational excellence, and support the achievement of BCC's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute BCC's financial strategy while providing strategic insights to support business growth, investment decisions, and long-term sustainability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management processes to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Ensure effective financial governance through accurate reporting, treasury management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of strong internal controls.
- Drive operational excellence by leading process improvements, managing key stakeholder relationships, and developing high-performing Finance and Administration teams.
