Key purpose of the Job

As Senior Executive – Learning & Development, you will report to the Assistant Manager – Works HR. You will be responsible for managing the performance management system process for staff & associates and ensure that their training needs are identified and addressed promptly to support the business objectives. Further, you will be responsible for addressing the manpower requirements in the Plant. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparation of training calendar and drive execution of training activities for staff and associates in the Plant.

2. Ensure all manpower requirements of the Plant are met in a timely manner.

3. Design, develop and coordinate development programs based on both the organizational and individual needs.

4. Facilitate the monitoring of feedback and review progress of trainees and drive discussions with Supervisors/Assistant Manager Works HR where applicable.

5. Facilitate management of performance management system for staff cadre in the Plant.

Education

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human resources /Business Management/ or any other relevant area / professional qualification in Human Resource Management.

Experience

Possess minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience in training and development.
An excellent command of English and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word packages.
