Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive - Apparel Technology & Management is responsible for conducting lectures on Industrial Engineering, GSD, and Production Systems. The role holder will develop curriculum to meet industry demands and execute the programme, coordinate programmes, and recruit the right students at the Campus. Furthermore, the role holder is responsible for conducting corporate training for the Brandix Group. The role holder must also be able to conduct practical sessions on production management as necessary. ​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop curriculum to meet industry demands by maintaining regular contact with industry professionals.​
  • Conduct lectures on Work Study, GSD, and Production Systems.​
  • Identify external resource people to execute training programs.​
  • Enroll new students, prepare timetables, create exam papers, and mark answer scripts.​
  • Arrange transcripts and certificates.​
  • Organize factory visits and in-plant training for students.​
  • Supervise students' projects.​

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology.​

Experience

3 years of experience in the clothing industry, with at least 2 years in Industrial Engineering preferred.​
