Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive - Business Analysis supports the customer centric project management and reviews led by CEO/Director and other functional stakeholders in key assessments and data analytics. This includes providing performance analytics support for business decision making and assisting implementation of company requirements (LRP, special projects) and provides administrative support to the CEO/Director.

This is an evolving role and the projects and activities undertaken of varied nature & scope including but not limited to facilitating policy standardization across functions, continuous process improvements, aiding deployment of models for customer centric organization, hawk eye on financials/P&L performance, defining and deploying governance, implementing best practices within the strategic business entities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for effective planning and deployment of LRP objectives and projects
  2. Responsible for providing information to support business decisions for the concerned function through performance analytics
  3. Facilitate the implementation of the One Governance Framework
  4. Drive customer category teams to achieve best-in-class status to deliver business outcomes, using a structured framework
  5. Collaborate and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth monthly performance reviews and consolidated customer reviews
  6. Drive special projects and initiatives, as directed by the CEO/Director

Education

Masters/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration/ General Management/ Financial Management or any other relevant field

Experience

Over 3 years of relevant experience in customer or functional role with strong communication skills, analytical bent of mind, cross functional stakeholder management
