Key purpose of the Job

The MRP (Material Requirement Planning) Executive is responsible for reduce write off (RM & WIP) and improve O2S. Ensure proper governing process implemented in material ordering process. Conduct analysis and implement plans to improve the timely procurement and availability of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability 

Drive SWORD analytics processes for RM & WIP, standardizations and improvements to optimize the material consumption. Includes review of adherence to SWORD process, analytics activities, data capturing standardization and YY optimization and extra shipment etc. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for execution of the MRP system requirements for new styles / amendments, as per procedure
  2. Ensure Raw Materials are ordered based on the agreed ordering matrix
  3. Review ordering matrix and ensure it is up to date
  4. Analyse current issues, identify the root causes and work with the cross functional teams for reducing RM reorders/write-offs and improve O2S
  5. Collaborate with cross functional stake holders for driving the business analytics deliverables through SWORD.

Education

Charted Institute Of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Financial/ Business Management.

Experience

2+ years of relevant experience with good knowledge of financial accounting and inventory concepts.
