Key purpose of the Job

The Counsellor is responsible for improving employee morale, work satisfaction and the psychosocial resilience of employees by addressing their mental health, social and work-related issues. The role holder is responsible for providing confidential counselling services to staff and associates at the factory and works with the HR team to promote harmonious working environment in the factory. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide counselling support to staff and associates at the factory. 
2. Maintain up-to-date counselling and training records, reports etc. and present the findings to internal stakeholders, as needed. 
3. Collaborate with relevant factory teams to increase awareness of mental wellness and improve working environment in the factory.
