Key purpose of the Job
The Assistant Manager - Engineering Lead is responsible for implementation of facility maintenance initiatives and projects for the Regional facilities.
The role holder works with the Group facility team, plant facility engineering and external parties (for example, vendors, contractors, regulatory authorities) to execute facility maintenance and projects for the Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and execution of the maintenance activities for smooth running of the non production machines / equipment / premises / buildings , including preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs and trouble-shooting Work with the Group facility team and Plant Facility Engineering for implementation of Regional facility engineering projects Liaise with external authorities for ensuring seamless facility services, projects implementation and adherence to compliance / EHS requirements Supervise the team of facility maintenance staff and associates
