Key purpose of the Job

Assistant Manager - HR is responsible for driving achievement of HR KPIs & supporting the 
implementation of all HR processes within the Region. Playing an intermediary role between Corporate HR 
Operations and Plant HR Ops teams to ensure Group level & cluster initiatives are implemented as per expected 
standards and seek solutions for the related opportunities raised from the Plants. Ensuring adherence to 
statutory and regulatory compliance in the Plant is also critical to the role holder. 
 
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the 
Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.       

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assessing and fulfilling manpower needs within the Region  
2. Manage ELC (Employee Life Cycle) transactions for the KAG  
3. Monitor and drive achievement of KPIs across the Region 
4. Responsible to conduct and support HR Governance related activities across Plants 
5. Provide support to plants for setting and improving the HR Operations processes, pay & benefits and 
systems 

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with around 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience

Experience

10 - 12+ years of relevant work experience in the Human Resources function with preferably 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
