Key purpose of the Job

The Executive - Administration is responsible for assuring security across the group. This involves enabling and governance of group security architecture. Security Pillar at Brandix Head Office is responsible for driving the whole mechanism with relevant stakeholders and coordinating requirements across the Group. The role holder coordinates with the Admin Security teams at the assigned site locations, including collecting, compiling, and analyzing data, arranging scheduled meetings, preparing presentations and meeting minutes, handling all payment-related issues,   assistance for emergency handling and supporting functional initiatives. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling payment-related issues and coordinating with suppliers
2. Monitoring pillar cost-tracker
3. Handling agreements and AMCs
4. Updating and maintaining records
5. Profiling employees and maintaining records
6. Data compilation and calculation of KPIs
7. Preparing Presentations as required
8. Arranging meetings and compiling meeting minutes

Education

A level with 3 to 4+ years of relevant experience in Administration, with sound IT literacy or
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or any other relevant field

Experience

Vendor management and understanding of functional statutory
Communication skills in English will be an added advantage
