Key purpose of the Job
Executive - Automation & Innovation is responsible for identification, development, bulk implementation, and realisation of A&I
projects within the product category. This includes identify current gaps, providing inputs for project identification, preparing project gates, approval documentation and conducting project progress reviews with the concerned teams, for achievement of the
project objectives.Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the
Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning and execution of internal A&I projects
2. Facilitation of Proof of Concept [POC] projects
3. Bulk implementation of selected projects
4. Monitoring & controlling employee motivation initiatives (for example Heta Ada” Projects)
5. Prepare and submit MIS, reporting and functional updates, as per guidelines
