Key purpose of the Job
The Executive - ICT is responsible to handle daily support incidents related to hardware and software issues. Responsible for resolution of day-to-day issues of end users and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Also responsible to execute project activities assigned by the Group ICT team
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle maintenance of IT systems, as per requirements at the respective SBU centre/ plants
2. Troubleshoot and resolve day to day issues of end users and support for uninterrupted business operations
3. Responsible for asset management at the respective SBU centre/ plants
