Key purpose of the Job
The Executive - Production is responsible for effective supervision of sewing operations for the respective sections and to achieve budgeted SAH and allocated SMV as per quality standards. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for planning and execution of plant-level A&I projects. Finding A&I opportunities in operation and ensure clear communication with Central A&I team.
2.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and realization of objectives.
3.Conduct technical audits, monitor progress, and prepare MIS reports and updates.
4.Project commissioning and further improvements with necessary documentation
5.Support employee motivational initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
