Key purpose of the Job

The Manager - Human Resource & Administration is responsible for maintaining harmonious employee relations in the Plant and overseeing smooth operations of various HR processes in the Plant. The role holder is responsible for overseeing recruitment, administration of benefits, welfare, grievance handling, employee conflicts and seamless implementation of HR Operations for the staff and associate cadre. Ensuring that the Plant is compliant to all statutory requirements and labour laws is critical to the role holder. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

Key Responsibilities:

1.Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

2.Oversee seamless implementation of HR plans and employee life cycle processes at the Plant  

3.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administration of employee salaries, welfare, benefits and initiatives etc. 

4.Ensure compliance to statutory regulations and maintain harmonious employee relations at the Plant 

6.Lead and manage the Plant Works HR team 

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with around 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience

Experience

10 - 12+ years of relevant work experience in the Human Resources function with preferably 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
