Key purpose of the Job

The Manager-Marketing is responsible for implementation of marketing and new business development initiatives for the BIAC Park, including scouting of potential investors, sales pitch, rate negotiations, deals finalization, etc.
Also responsible for customer hand-holding during the new project stage, sales / rental agreements finalization, customer relationship management and implementing assigned PR initiatives (internal / external communications).

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Lead Marketing and new business development initiatives for the BIAC Park, including identification of potential investors, sales pitch, deals finalization, etc.
2.    Manage Customer relations and hand holding during the new project stage, including project support, sales / rental agreements finalization, incentives monitoring, issue resolution, etc.
3.    Collaborate with the internal and external stake holders, including marketing deliverables, customer relationship management, PR initiatives, etc.
4.    Supervise the team of Marketing Staff

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing

Experience

6 to 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of Industrial park (SEZ) marketing and new business development requirements
