Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive - Technical is responsible for ensuring achievement of the daily sewing plan, efficiency and quality objectives through structured approach, effective planning and supervision of the team of sample room sewing machine operators and technicians.

Arriving at the best cost-effective methods to sew the garment is critical for the role holder.

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning and allocation of sample room production objectives, including daily sewing plan, efficiency and quality objectives

2. Work with the team and concerned internal stake holders for effective implementation of innovative and cost-effective sewing methods and for the achievement of the functional KPIs

3.Guide the team of Sample Room Sewing Machine Operators and Technicians
