Key purpose of the Job

​The Executive - Finishing manages the finishing department in the Plant. The role holder will guide and motivate the team to achieve predefined targets effectively and efficiently. The role holder will also be responsible for managing the operations of the finished goods warehouse.​ 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achievement of targets for the finishing process, in line with Time and Action Plan​

  • Oversee the finishing process/function in an efficient manner for achievement of On Time Delivery (OTD) and improved productivity Implement improvements initiatives/process to the finishing process.​

  • Lead and manage the team of staff and associates

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Materials Management or Warehouse management or Logistics or any other relevant stream.

Experience

2 -3+ years of experience in working in Finishing Department in Plant Environment​
