Key purpose of the Job
As the Graduate Trainee - Human Resources, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager - Human Resources . You will be required to facilitate and support the recruitment, employee engagement, leave management, training and development and HR services activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist payroll operation by providing timely inputs
- Support Recruitment Process
- Address employee queries pertaining to benefits
- Participate in and facilitate company events
- Review and distribute employee documents in required formats
- Complete Human Resources related documents and activities (EPF/ETF)
- Generate information required by the Management
- Handling the employee welfare activities
Education
Graduate in the field of Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university/Institute
Experience
One - year experience in the field of Human Resource Management
