Key purpose of the Job

The Plant Finishing Lead manages the finishing department in the Plant. The role holder will guide and motivate the team to achieve predefined targets effectively and efficiently. The role holder will also be responsible for managing the operations of the finished goods warehouse.​

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achievement of targets for the finishing process, in line with Time and Action Plan​

  • Oversee the finishing process/function in an efficient manner for achievement of On Time Delivery (OTD) and improved productivity​

  • Implement improvements initiatives/process to the finishing process.​

  • Lead and manage the team of staff and associates​

Education

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Clothing Technology

Experience

6 to 9+ years of experience and should possess a minimum experience of 2 years in heading the finishing department in a Plant
