Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Manager – Manufacturing is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end VSM operations (from cutting to finishing) to ensureon-time shipment of products that meet customer specifications, while achieving budgeted SAH and OTD targets, controlling overhead costs, and ensuring strict compliance with organizational Health & Safety guidelines and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute strategy to achieve pre-determined target for the VSM function of the Plant.
- Drive achievement of targets across the VSM function (cutting, production and finishing) and ensure quality of product meets customer specifications.
- Responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of business objectives
- Responsible for improving overall production output, production capability of the VSM function.
- Lead and manage the VSM team.
