Key purpose of the Job
The Assistant Manager - Merchandising (Bulk) is responsible for driving the achievement of order management objectives for the assigned categories within the SBU. This includes meeting the Bulk KPIs for the categories, such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), quality, top-line growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of the Bulk Merchandising objectives and action plans for the assigned categories
- Plan the bulk production requirements for the assigned categories, including handover from development, technical, IE teams, allocation to operations, etc
- Drive bulk T&A implementation with internal teams and suppliers to achieve the OTD and quality objectives for order management
- Collaborate with customers on bulk initiatives, including profitability, CRI and resolution of escalated issues
- Lead and manage the team of bulk merchandisers to achieve the functional objectives and follow up on operations with operation teams
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing or Clothing Technology or Business Administration or Marketing.
Experience
6+ years of relevant experience in the Merchandising function.
