Key purpose of the Job

The Assistant Manager - Talent Engagement & Development is responsible for supporting the implementation of all HR processes for the executive cadre at the SBE. The role holder supports HR activities across the employee life cycle, including manpower planning, induction, performance management, rewards and recognition, attrition and exit. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Address manpower requirements (Including Budgets, Cadre Cost Management, Recruitment) and manage the joining and exit formalities for the SBE
2.    Oversee the administration of the Performance Management System within the SBE
3.    Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and supervise attendance, leave and payroll processes, Increments & Promotions for the SBE

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration

Experience

4+ years of experience in Human Resources
In-depth understanding of HR best practices across the employee life cycle, including recruitment and performance management, with sound analytical skills
