Key purpose of the Job
The Executive – Embellishment Planning is responsible for the overall planning of all orders for the assigned customers or customer category, ensuring the achievement of topline targets. This role involves finalizing plans based on order projections, forecasts, order confirmations and available capacity. The role manages time and action to ensure fulfillment meets customer expectations On-Time Delivery. Additionally, the Senior Executive drives improvements in planning processes, boosting efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning process for current and future orders of assigned customers or customer categories
- Monitor adherence to the PPC Calendar, Frozen Plan and Factory Plans, addressing any deviations in line with established guidelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful achievement of functional deliverables
- Provide guidance and training to planning teams within the assigned product category and be accountable for their performance
