Key purpose of the Job
As Intern - Operations, you will work closely with the Manager – Operations and support the production team in ensuring the effective utilization of departmental resources. The role involves assisting sewing modules to help achieve planned production targets while adhering to established quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager – Production in monitoring and supporting plant production activities to help achieve planned production targets in line with specified customer standards.
- Support the handling of customer complaints and production-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up and assisting in identifying practical solutions under guidance.
- Help build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, their representatives, and internal departments to support smooth production operations.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving workforce productivity, while promoting team motivation and supporting compliance with plant policies and procedures.
Education
Undergraduate in Production Engineering or a related field

A good team player with excellent communication skills
