Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Strategy & Transformation is responsible for supporting the formulation and implementation of the Long-Range Plan for the Across Key Accounts Group (KAG) (for the forthcoming 3 to 5 years), with the guidance of the Senior Management team, Group Customer team, Corporate Marketing, and Finance team. Also responsible for monitoring and reporting of sales, growth, and profitability plans and review of risk mitigation plans across the key account group functions, as determined by the group. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the health & safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation and coordination of the Long-Range Plans (LRP) of the Group at the Key Account Group level
  • Responsible for tracking and reviewing the progress of LRP plan and projects for the Key Account Group, including monthly performance reviews and quarterly workstream reviews.
  • Responsible for preparation of risk mitigation plans, reporting of LRP metrics and participation in LRP forums 
  • Implement assigned special projects and ad hoc functional requirements of the Key Account Group and provide support for cross-customer LRP projects as required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Mathematics / General Management / Finance or professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA

Experience

4 to 5+ years of relevant experience, with good working knowledge across functions, analytical skills and process orientation
