Key purpose of the Job

The Intern - Human Resources is responsible for facilitating and managing payroll operations, employee engagement and employee relations activities for the SBU.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in payroll operations by providing timely inputs
  2. Liaise with stakeholders and follow up on required inputs
  3. Address employee queries related to benefits
  4. Participate in and facilitate company events
  5. Review, distribute and complete Human Resources-related documents in the required formats
     

Education

Undergraduate in the field of Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized university/institute

Experience

Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English communication is essential
