Key purpose of the Job
The Intern - Human Resources is responsible for facilitating and managing payroll operations, employee engagement and employee relations activities for the SBU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll operations by providing timely inputs
- Liaise with stakeholders and follow up on required inputs
- Address employee queries related to benefits
- Participate in and facilitate company events
- Review, distribute and complete Human Resources-related documents in the required formats
Education
Undergraduate in the field of Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized university/institute
Experience
Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English communication is essential
