Key purpose of the Job

The Group Functional Support & Analyst supports the Functional Director and other functional stakeholders in functional requirements and data analytics. This includes providing performance analytics support for business decision making and assisting implementation of Group functional requirements (for example, LRP, special projects). Also provides secretarial and administrative support to the Functional Director.

Key Responsibilities:

·Responsible for providing information to support business decisions for the concerned function through performance analytics
·Provide support for implementation of the Group functional LRP and special projects
·Liaise with the relevant internal and external stake holders for achievement of the functional objectives
·Manage the Functional Director’s calendar, including coordination of priorities, meetings, visits, etc.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in General Management, Business Administration, Statistics or any other relevant stream

Experience

4 to 6+ years of relevant experience with good communication skills, analytical skills, working knowledge of IT systems/ Microsoft skills
