Key purpose of the Job

As Senior Executive - Production, you will be reporting to the Manager - Operations. You will facilitate the effective utilization of resources within the department and be responsible for  sewing modules to deliver on planned production targets in line with expected quality assurance standards

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Washing Plant operations to achieve Operational KPIs including OTD, Quality, Efficiency, Cost Control, Process Compliance, etc
2. Drive achievement of Washing operation targets and ensure quality of products meets customer/buyer specifications 
3. Supervise the Washing Operations team for achievement of the functional objectives
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth washing operations
5. Responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives 

Education

Bachelors’ Degree in Chemistry/ Textile Engineering/ Clothing Technology. in Engineering/ Clothing Technology

Experience

Be technically competent to work together with the rest of the Technical teams in identifying and finding solutions to the problems faced in the manufacturing process.
Around 2+ years of experience in an Executive position in an apparel manufacturing environment
