Key purpose of the Job

The Graduate Trainee – Fashion/ Graphic Design is responsible for assisting senior designers in developing new concepts and designs for clothing.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Coordinate with the internal teams/ External suppliers to develop production-feasible, value-added concepts within the target cost and development timelines
2.   Assist in the garment production process with value addition from concept to final product, including placement , functional fit , sewing and garment fitting
3.   Coordinate with customers, suppliers, raw material manufacturers, and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of designs

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Designing / Clothing Technology

Experience

Internships or prior experience in fashion design would be an advantage

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and CAD with a strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques and pattern making
