Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Executive – Strategy & Transformation serves as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, managing end-to-end project delivery and leveraging insights to improve performance and experience, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment
- Gather and analyze customer and product insights for improvements
- Prepare and communicate materials for customer visits and discussions
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution
Education
Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field
Experience
1–2 years’ experience in project/business management, preferably in apparel industry
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision (project certification is an advantage)
